The Lacrima serving board is inspired by the Italian word for "teardrop" in its unique shape and styling. Whether you're looking for some inspiration in the kitchen or to wow your party guests, the Lacrima is an ideal choice. In addition to using it for cutting or serving it works just as well for holding a hot pan or kettle. The Lacrima board comes in 3 sizes.

SELECTING YOUR BOARD
Durability - as wooden boards are used over time, they can start to show signs of wear & tear. If a wood is softer, such as poplar and cherry, will help prolong the razor sharp edge of high-end cutlery. Harder woods, such as Oak, Maple, and Walnut will stand up to constant use and maintain their sleek surface over time. They may require more frequent sharpening of knives. Woods such as Birch or Olive fit somewhere in the middle of that spectrum.
Coloring - Woods such as Poplar, Cherry and Walnut will deepen in color with age, highlighting the contrast in color and grain patterns. Oak, Maple, Russian Olive or Birch tend to maintain their coloring evenly between oiling.
Size
11" - Cutting surface measures approximately 10.5" x 15".
9"
- Cutting surface measures approximately 9" x 13"
7" - Cutting surface measures approximately 7" x 10"
