These XL (extra-long) oak Chef Spoons are precisely that: extra long versions of our Chef Spoons. They are made using responsibly sourced oak from the greater Seattle area. The longer handle gives it extended reach and the hard corner is great for scraping the corner of any pot. While these spoons work in either hand, they’re probably best for right-handed users.
It is finished in a blend of toasted walnut oil & natural beeswax.

1. Rinse after use.
2. Do not submerge in water, do not place in dishwasher.
3. Oil occasionally using food-safe oils (Mineral oil is recommended).
