The Chef's Spoon

The Chef's Spoon
The Chef's Spoon combines a long slender handle with the bowl of a cooking spoon and a square edge for the sides of the pan. Great for cooking sticky dishes. The Chef's spoon is just as beautiful as it is handy, and continues to be our most popular spoon. It is currently available in Cherry, Walnut or Oak, in addition to left or right-handed versions.
While all of these woods are great, versatile options Oak will be the slightly stronger of these woods. It wears better over time when used with cast iron and stoneware pans, which have a rougher texture.
*NOTE: The Chef Spoon comes in either a right or left-handed option. While either version can work for anyone, my left-handed partner informed me that right-handed people tend to stir in a counter-clockwise motion, while most left-handers tend to stir in a clockwise motion. It turns out to be true in our house (2 lefty’s, 3 righty’s), so you may want to grab a spoon and double-check before ordering.
